But, the irony goes much deeper. The mayor of Detroit got his "American-made" GMC Yukon stolen as well. Ironic? Of course, it is ironic that in Motor City the mayor is driving a vehicle that is made in Arlington Texas! I guess hizzonor will want to talk to the chief of police about taking care of business.
And why was the Reverend in Detroit? He was pumping "green jobs" of course. Detroit may be one of the least green cities in the nation. They do big, smoky, dirty, classic greasy industry when they do anything at all. He's driving a pimp wagon, an Escalade, to promote environmental consciousness! Yep, nothing says green like eight MPG in a seven thousand pound behemoth with chrome 24" inch wheels.
I guess there is some justice left in the world. Ironic, isn't it?
