It would seem that the only possible way Americans can be great is if government tells us what to do. I grew up thinking that the nation was built by entrepreneurs, men of genius who took great risks and fulfilled their vision. Apparently that was some sort of revisionist history I was taught.

Why are you wasting your time on Rachel Madcow?
Once you see this written, "Take MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow. Maddow is intelligent, serious, and well-meaning...", you know the writer is not to be taken seriously.
Read beyond that my Legal Eagle. Reason effectively dismantles the ludicruous Maddow's concept of government as the salvation of all things.
