How's that Algore thing working out for you? Saw the headline that Chicago will get more than two feet of snow and marking it as worse than the blizzard of '67. I was in town for that one on leave from sunny Williams AFB in Mesa AZ. The snow was so deep that my German Shepherd could simply step over the yard fence into the neighbor's place. Cars were just lumps along the curb and the Swedish father-in-law's steaming glug was the solution to anything that ailed you. It was 1967 that the famous Ice Bowl was played in Green Bay.
It isn't warm and sunny in Texoma. The rain turned to sleet then turned to snow overnight. Temperatures forecast to drop all day into single digits and maybe even zero by tomorrow. The wind is blowing and it is cold. The Siberian Husky is not even enjoying running in the snow of the backyard. Gas logs are a wonderful convenience and vastly superior to trips to the woodpile. Dish network and Netflix are perfect for the day.
