Like the wicked witch meeting a bucket of water, the meltdown proceeds apace:
Some Steroids, A Knife, an Ex-Prostitute and a Former Wife
Now I'm just a part-timer on the political candidate scene, but it seems as though before jumping into a race you might want to review your personal past to see if there is something there that might give pause to a reasonable voter. If someone is to offer meaningful campaign contributions to your effort, they might want to ascertain if you are reasonably electable. But, I forget that this is Illinois and the "Chicago Way" of governing is active.
It's localized of course. It isn't reasonable to paint with a broad brush. New York cleaned up their act when they ousted Spitzer from the governor's chair, didn't they?
To Be or Not To Be...To Withdraw from Re-election or to Resign From Office
Ooops! What do you suppose could trigger such a gathering? Bumbling incompetence certainly hasn't been adequate for a drop-out. In fact that is the hallmark of modern liberal governance. The more inefficient the leadership the better they like it. There is a lot more slippage in the disbursal of tax revenues to the appropriate patrons.
Anybody want to start a pool on when the bloodbath in the White House is going to come? Who is going to be first to go? Emmanuel looks like a front-runner, but Holder is a dark horse...sorry, no pun intended. Axelrod is on the outside and Napolitano is so inept that even others have noticed. Gibbs will probably take a walk around the park and wind up dead like a Clinton loyalist.

Re: Gibbs - from your lips to God's ear. I can usually ignore the morons on parade with a scowl.
He...brings me to thoughts unwomanly and drastic.
