Same activity in our household.
SWMBO said that a Totara (native NZ) tree would be nice this year.
I thought this was silly but just passed nuetral comments and played for time.
Daughter (10yrs) overheard and lead the charge, "No Mom I want a pine its GOT to be a pine!.".
For once I kept my mouth shut and let SWMBO face the big guns.
It only took a few rounds and I was soon dispatched with spade and daughter to select and retrieve the pine.
Strange Brew is one of my favorite movies. I think we're dating ourselves Ed.
Bob & Doug on SNL were beauty eh
Those hosers really knew how to sport a Tuque. Strange Brew was a really fun movie.
