The Central Market in Southlake had a similar thing the weekend before Mardi Gras, with a parade of costumed and festooned employees winding its way through the aisles, replete with strings of beads and other swag.
Not that it's necessarily relevant, but as a matter of trivia, it's said that J.P. Sousa was an avid trapshooter, which in addition to S & S F makes him a really good guy in my book.
