Can Total Surrender Be Far Behind?

It has been apparent for some time that a lot our military leadership has been politicized. The proportion of warriors to perfumed princes of the Pentagon has eroded seriously. One need look no further than this:

Proposed Medal for Passivity

If that item were in The Onion, I'd understand, but National Review Online isn't a joke.

If I were still active duty I think I would be ashamed to wear that. What next? Purple Hearts for paper cuts and fender benders :P

Suicide Squads, Self-Immolation Suites, Training for Pre-Emptive Surrender, it's all coming. Glad I won't be around for most of it.

This medal will be the only one issued posthumously more often than the Medal of Honor.

Disgusting.

The purpose of this war is to mitigate national integrity, attenuate the military's identification with and commitment to US national interest, and exhaust the US treasury in order to empower international bankers and transnational corporate cartels.
