Where Do We Get Such Men

While America languishes in a miasma of political correctness and foreign policy ineptitude it appears that our former BFF, Great Britain, has a leader who can speak with strength, courage and wisdom:

Stop Tolerating Those Who Seek Our Destruction

Apparently the whole concept of "E Pluribus Unum" requires an assimilation into a society, not a disruption and over-turning of the core values. If folks wish to raise their butts to the sky five times a day in the center of the street then they can do it quite nicely in Damascus, Rihad, Fallujah or Tripoli. If they wish to abuse their women, shroud them in burlap and flog them before bed, they can do it in Teheran or Sana'a. If they love the idea of Twelfth Century ignorance, please embrace it in Islamabad or Kabul. If they want to live in London or Dallas, let them embrace America and the opportunities which we have long offered.
Signalling a major departure from Labour’s softly-softly approach, he  suggested that to ‘belong’ in Britain, individuals must sign up to core values such as freedom of speech, the rule of law and democracy.
In a barely-concealed attack on the opposition, he will say: ‘It’s time to turn the page on the failed policies of the past.’
The Prime Minister pledged to end all public funding for groups which give succour to extremist views. And he called for action to ban extremists from radicalising young people in universities, prisons and internet chat rooms.
At a security conference in Munich today, Mr Cameron said: ‘Frankly, we need a lot less of the passive tolerance of recent years and much more active, muscular liberalism.’
One can only hope that the Bamster is listening, but that might require him to shut up for a few minutes.

Was wondering what you thought of the Wikileaks revelation that the USA is selling the UK's nuclear secrets to Russia in order to get Russia to agree to Obama's pet project the New START Treaty.

Absolutely amazing to hear this. How well they will follow through on it remains to be seen, but is inspiring nevertheless. With one exception, ‘Western values and Islam can be entirely compatible’, in response to the situation in Egypt. When the Muslim Brotherhood, or some proxy thereof comes to power, the disparity between Islam and western values will be painfully obvious I'm afraid.
