Here's what I want you to do this week-end:
Refer to Monday as Independence Day.
Simple, isn't it? It reminds people that we are celebrating the Declaration of our Independence from Great Britain. It is the founding of this once great nation. It is more than a number on a calendar.
Don't call it simply "the Fourth". It is Independence Day.
