Global Climate Stability

A couple of significant, if largely ignored stories percolating today on the global warming  climate change issue. I've always been a skeptic about the power of 300 million Americans to destroy the climate despite the best efforts of the other 7 billion global inhabitants to simply ignore it all for the sake of progress.

One story deals with the inconvenient truth that rather than being endangered or even threatened, polar bears are thriving with populations up around the world.

The other has to do with the peer-reviewed scientific journal research publication that heat is being dissipated much faster than thought through holes in the ozone and upper atmosphere carbon dioxide layers.

Here's more info about both:

It's All Because We Haven't Been Properly Educated

If the government would just capture the kids a lot younger and give them the proper brain-washing, we wouldn't have to worry about pesky ol' facts.

I was brainwashed as an elementary school kid of the 1970s into believing that we were heading towards and Ice Age. The "scientific community" was largely in lockstep groupthink. Accordingly, they have not been able to deprogram me and steer me into believing that there in man-caused global warming, no matter how many covers Time Magazine dedicates to the matter.

It's really humorous to search the net and review the covers that Time dedicated to the ice age theory, and then all that it has dedicated to promoting global warming. There is a tacit admission by Time that it was wrong all those years ago, but it will never expressly admit that, or further admit that no one should listen to what a bunch of idiots at Time says. Its editors went so far in recent years to proclaim that they are experts and had a right to tell people what to believe and that the issue is so important that they should abandon they purported usual objectivity and advocate to its readers.

Well, what if they had advocated back in the 70s and early 80s for us to take action against the coming ice age by warming up the earth with emissions? Would that have been wrong? Would they admit that they were wrong.
