UN Solves Everything But Pays For Nothing
Imagine that! No more hunger. No more poverty. No more carbon-based life-forms? It's all a question of investment and then reaping the profits. "You guys invest, and we will take the profits."
I particularly liked this little classic:

The even sadder part is that people agree with them... And we can't pay our own bills now, much less anyone else's!
I dont think that the Old world owes a debt to the New.
People everywhere there have been quick to grasp the advantages of modernity and have benefited from it hugely.
Sure there are injustices that need righting, as we are trying to do here in NZ.
But the 'Good old days' for a most part are a myth and people should just get on with their lives.
