sad thing is, it is exactly what I expect from any agency run by civil servants...Public Sector Unions ensure sub-standard performance. Not to mention the BATF is basically without oversite with no written documents to hold them accountable to.
I EXPECT considerably more from my Government, unfortunately I'm virtually always disappointed.
