Throw a Lot Against the Wall

There was a cynical, if slightly scatological, saying in staff work in the military: "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit."

Increasingly we are seeing that. Wait a second, that's not right. We have been seeing it all along whether on the never-ending campaign trail, in the elaborately choreographed "press conferences", in the marathon soft-ball media interviews, in the seemingly ubiquitous TV speeches to the nation and here again:

Response to Why Pile Taxes on the Over-taxed?

The narcissistic fool loves to hear himself talk. But he may be the only one in the room who really believes what he is saying. The 17 minute diatribe in response to a simple citizen's query is a perfect example of bafflement. He throws everything he knows at the wall in the fervent hope that something will stick.

And, he maintains the belief that when you walk away you will be awestruck at his seeming command of arcania.
