Just now coming down from your "dig" from about two weeks ago that got my "step-ins" in a twist ( and, of course, Six had to pile on ) and now you've done it again. Guess I'm glad about 2/3's of my mil flt time was fixed wing or you wouldn't let me read your blog at all. Happy Independence Day. Alemaster
Late to this one but fwd'd on to a good friend and the husband. One still flies those infernal contraptions and the other looked forward (equally) to getting off and on them with speed.
And another managed an Around-the-World Speed Record. Or two.
Damned strange group but utter professionals, all.

Alemaster, I sure as hell can't fly a helicopter, but I respect those who do fly them and particularly those who fly them into harm's way.
